Industrial park secures provincial recognition

Gui'an New Area Optics Valley Union (OVU) Intelligent Computing Industrial Park has been selected for the second batch of Guizhou province's proposed list of recognized digital and intelligent industrial parks.

Located in the core area of Guiyang Big Data Sci-tech Innovation City, the park benefits from strong location advantages. It sits next to a metro station and lies just an eight-minute trip from Gui'an Railway Station, with comprehensive living facilities and highly competitive operating costs that together create a business-friendly, livable environment.

The park offers a diverse range of residential options, from on-site talent apartments to more than 3,000 units of nearby government-subsidized housing, complemented by hotels currently under construction.

These facilities can accommodate tens of thousands of residents. Daily services continue to expand, with canteens, supermarkets, cafes, and cinemas already in operation. Future plans include leisure areas such as mountain garden camping sites and outdoor events to further enrich everyday life.

At present, the park has attracted 11 digital economy enterprises spanning data annotation, AI algorithm development, and embodied intelligence. Early-stage industrial collaboration has taken shape, laying a solid foundation for building an intelligent computing ecosystem in Gui'an New Area.
