At the intersection of a new wave of technological revolution and industrial transformation, digitalization and intelligence have become the driving forces for high-quality manufacturing development. In recent years, the central government has emphasized "deep integration of the digital and real economies", with intelligent manufacturing as a key focus for building a modern industrial system.

As China's first national big data comprehensive pilot zone, Guizhou is advancing a new type of industrialization through its "AI+" initiatives, guiding industrial enterprises from traditional manufacturing to intelligent production.

From baijiu brewing and glassmaking to cable production and intangible cultural heritage preservation, a range of industrial companies are utilizing digital technologies to reshape production, management, and business models, showcasing the transformation of traditional industries.

This year, the Guizhou Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has selected five companies, including Guizhou Tyre Co and Guiyang Zhongan Technology Group, as advanced intelligent factory demonstration units.

"We found that technicians previously spent 2-3 hours a day consulting documents. Now it's almost zero," said Zhongan's IT manager. The company's enterprise-level knowledge AI integrates 6,867 documents covering production norms, quality standards, and safety protocols, enabling intelligent conversational queries. This boosts efficiency, preserves senior employees' experience, and allows new staff members to learn quickly.
