Zhongan Tech accelerates smart manufacturing with digital twin factory

Inside Guiyang Zhongan Technology Group's 5G+AI digital twin factory, a giant electronic screen displays real-time data from the cable production lines. With intelligent systems enabling remote monitoring, every stage – from wire drawing and cabling to packaging – is under full smart control.

Anchoring its growth in high-quality copper production, Zhongan is investing in a new-energy copper and recycling project with a designed annual capacity of 400,000 metric tons. Scheduled to start production in 2025, the project is expected to generate annual revenues of about 40 billion yuan ($5.56 billion), strengthen the upstream and downstream industrial chain, and support China's dual-carbon goals.
