Guiyang unveils plan to develop new quality productive forces

Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has released the Guiyang Implementation Plan for Cultivating and Developing New Quality Productive Forces, which outlines a strategy focused on 10 key industries to drive high-quality industrial growth.

The plan emphasizes a localized, phased, and targeted approach that utilizes Guiyang's unique advantages. It prioritizes breakthroughs in industries, including the low-altitude economy, deep-space economy, silver economy, and health services, ensuring alignment with national policies and development needs.

Guiyang will cultivate new quality productive forces in stages to promote industrial upgrades. The city aims to accelerate industrial transformation, expand strategic emerging industries, enhance corporate competitiveness, and strengthen innovation capabilities over the next three years.

The ultimate goal is to establish Guiyang as a key hub for new quality productive forces in Guizhou province.
