Company strives for digital transformation, upgrading

Guiyang Yongqqing Instruments & Electronics Science & Technology Co – located in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – has made efforts to improve enterprise management efficiency in order to build its 5G smart factory.

The company's 5G innovative application lighthouse factory project has been selected as part of the first batch of 5G application scenario demonstration projects in Guizhou in 2022.

"The fully automatic production line allows for real-time monitoring of production information, production performance feedback, an early warning system, and automatic production report generation, and production capacity has more than doubled," said Yang Tianping, director of the company's instrument department. 

The production line also supports a variety of data acquisition equipment, which can flexibly adapt to a variety of business operation styles.

"We have invested in digital construction, which has laid a solid foundation for the realization of smart warehousing and logistics, supply chain collaboration, flexible production, and digital management," said Wu Zhengkai, head of the company's operation development department.

The company will continue to increase investment in digital construction and ultimately realize digital transformation and upgrading to make the company more valuable and competitive.
