The policy relief area for enterprises and the area for added-value tax credit refunds of Guishangyi – the Guiyang Private Economy Service Platform – went online on May 6 to help enterprises in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, solve problems and achieve high-quality development.
The 59 corporate relief policies issued by the country, province, city and relevant departments this year have been presented on the platform, divided into sections for the agriculture, industry, construction and service industries.
The platform will manage policy fulfillment, feature an online declaration process, and prepare for the "no-meeting" declaration of the assistance policy for the rescue of enterprises.
The area for added-value tax credit refunds provides enterprises with tax refund channels and has an online system entry for the Guizhou provincial electronic taxation bureau, and enterprises can enter the provincial bureau through the platform to process tax refunds.
Moving forward, relevant departments will rely on the provincial-level data sharing and exchange platform to build Guishangyi into a provincial-level service platform to provide policy services for enterprises in the province.
