As of Feb 17, all industrial enterprises above a designated size – those with an annual output value of 20 million yuan ($3.15 million) or more– in Guiyang and Guian New Area in Southwest China's Guizhou province, had resumed operations, according to the Guiyang bureau of industry and information technology.
This was three days earlier than provincial and municipal resumption requirements, laying a solid foundation for getting the industrial economy off to a good start.
As an important platform serving enterprises in Guiyang, the Guiyang Private Economy Service Platform – known as Guishangyi (贵商易) – has helped enterprises solve various problems related to talent, technology and capital, as well as helping them resume operations.
