A Guiyang Private Economy Service Platform called Guishangyi (贵商易) – an important online platform serving enterprises based in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – has been instrumental in helping them restart work and production during and after the recent Spring Festival.

As of Feb 14, some 746 enterprises above a designated size – those with annual revenue of 20 million yuan ($3.16 million) or more – restored their output in the city, with a production resumption rate of 93 percent.

Since going online in January, 2019, the Guishangyi app has given full play to its functions and has helped enterprises with policy consultations and services support.

To date, through the platform, an estimated 1,278 businesses in the city have obtained more than 300 million yuan in government-favorable enterprise policy funds and 3.31 billion yuan in loans.

A total of 28 banks have migrated operations onto the inclusive financial service sector of the platform, with 72 financial products available, effectively resolving the funding problems of companies.

Moving forwards, in addition to gathering and optimizing more enterprise-related service applications, plans are for Guishangyi to also strengthen its project scheduling applications – to realize the full life cycle scheduling management of key enterprises and projects.
