The function section of policies of the Guiyang Private Economy Service Platform (Guishangyi贵商易) went online on July 11, providing a full range of policy services for more than 270,000 enterprises in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
Enterprises can use the platform to find information about policies.

The new policy function can generate a smart recommendation report and feedback for companies, including information on the degree of policy matching, the scope of policy application, the amount of funds to be supported, and the time of declaration.
It can also help enterprises handle policy declarations and offer reviews and support online. Based on the application materials submitted by enterprises, the policy department will complete all work related to reviewing, publicity, and fund allocation within a limited time.
By making use of the big data resources of Guizhou and Guiyang, it is also able to connect all departments directly under the city and realize data sharing at the provincial, city, and county levels, focusing on helping companies solve problems and implementing policies that benefit enterprises.
The platform has brought together preferential enterprise policies issued at all levels and departments, and nearly 600 enterprises have used it to declare preferential enterprise policies.
Since Guishangyi's launch in January 2019, it has provided five basic services, including policy declaration, corporate complaints, financial services, government services, and market services.
It has brought together 175,000 market entities, providing them with more than 3 billion yuan ($464.11 million) in loans, and has gathered 2,793 policies that benefit all sorts of enterprises.
