Guiyang municipal bureau of industry and information technology recently organized 14 enterprises based in Guiyang city to participate in the 104th China Food & Drinks Fair held in Chengdu, Southwest China's Sichuan province.
The enterprises are specialty food enterprises in the fields of seasonings, drinking water, meat, roxburgh rose products and wine production.
They exhibited various products, including instant food and convenience products, mineral water, fruit drinks, middle- and high-end liquor, fruit wine, fried pepper sauce, seasonings, meat products, bean products and roxburgh rose deep processing products.
A total of 68,960 brochures and other printed materials were distributed at the fair. The attending enterprises reached intentional contract agreements amounting to 110.05 million yuan ($16.97 million) and signed on-site contracts worth more than 5 million yuan.
The China Food and Drinks Fair is a comprehensive exhibition with a long history, a large scale and a far-reaching influence in the Chinese food and wine industry. It has been held every spring and autumn since 1955. This year, it attracted the participation of 4,106 enterprises.
